Cultivating Community in Caro

Over the course of one year, the City of Caro has seen great measures of revitalization and development. Caro has entitled the last year of revitalization and development as the “Cultivating Community Initiative”. This initiative encompasses projects both big and small that have come together to create a sense of community, while also plugging gaps between vital resources, such as food, physical activity, etc. These independent projects have seemingly come together for the betterment of our community. Each of these parts collaboratively focus on the following aspects that the City of Caro believes has demonstrated for community excellence: lifelong learning, public health, arts and culture, infrastructure, and sustainability. This initiative, we hope, will be replicable for other municipalities who seek to cultivate community.
